Delivery & Payments

DELIVERY POLICY:

At La-Udher, we strive to give your order our first priority! We ship out your orders within 24-72 hours from the order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING COMPLIANCE:

Please make sure to apply the correct shipping address along with full legal name and if by mistake, the shipping address placed is incorrect, notify us through email: orders@laudher.com immediately.

If we have trouble verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed 24 – 48 hours. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take up to an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

CARRIERS:

We use Fastway and The Courier Guy as our shipping carriers in South Africa to send out our packages and the amount of days it may take to reach are as follows, according to which shipping method is selected: 

  • Standard shipping is Fastway/CourierGuy First Class, 3-5 days to most locations.
  • Expedited shipping is Fastway/CourierGuy Priority, 2-3 days to most locations.
  • International shipping is carried out through MvaMva Logistics who procure the services through DHL Express, UPS and FedEx, 21-48 days to most locations.
  • Expedited International Priority shipping, 7-20 days to most locations.

Every order ships direct from our location in Lenasia, Gauteng.

Once your order has been shipped out La-Udher has no control over Fastway/CourierGuy delays nor are we responsible for lost packages. We advise that you insure your package or select a signature required option if you would like to make sure your package reaches you safely. For these options, please email us directly so we add-on these options. However, please note that the cost is higher compared to regular shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are coming soon. Stay Tuned.

International orders will take slightly longer to be delivered depending upon the carrier selected. La-Udher has no control over delays that may occur depending on your country’s regulations. 

  • DHL Express Worldwide Shipping: 3-7 days to most locations.
  • UPS Standard: 7-10 days to most locations.
  • FedEx: 7-21 days 

We do not recommend arranging your own shipping for international customers. Although it may seem to be a cheaper option, we recommend an insurance package if selecting this option. Contact us directly to enquire about this.

(Please note: La-Udher is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.)

Delivery is a top priority for us at La-Udher. We try our utmost best to always deliver punctually and at the best rates.

CHARGES & TIMELINES:

We are delighted to offer free shipping on checkouts used with a limited time coupon anywhere in South Africa (unless one’s area is specified as a Grey Zone).
Purchases without this coupon have a strict standard charge of R99 for delivery to any address in South Africa.

Delivery takes between 2-5 working days for items in stock.
International shipping depends on one’s location (for further information, see below). Signing up for delivery is a requirement, thus we suggest that you provide a daytime address where there will always be someone present to sign and receive the order between 9am and 5pm in your region.

All orders in South Africa are shipped via Fastway or The Courier Guy. Both are reliable, timetabled delivery services where one can conveniently track one’s order online.
Please note: we do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.” 

Shipping rates to addresses out of South Africa depends on one’s location.

Once a shipping address is entered at the checkout, the rate is calculated.
Generally, International shipping’s standard delivery time can be anywhere between 1-3 weeks, or in some cases, even 5 weeks from the time of shipping.

Possible taxes and duties applied by customs in the country of delivery may not be included in shipping rates. The responsibility of any kind of fees (taxes, duties, etc.) assessed by customs solely and wholly are the responsibility of the customer.

In compliance with the South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact and correct value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as ‘dutiable merchandise’. 

Furthermore, we are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient.
All orders are shipped via registered freight services where one can easily track one’s order online.
As previously mentioned, we do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

We always ask the customer to make sure the address provided is correct as La-Udher is not responsible for reshipping any packages that were returned due to incorrect addresses. La-Udher is not liable to pay shipping cost for the next shipment. We will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid. In the case that the shipment is returned to our facility you will receive an email from our customer service team, all original shipping fees will be deducted from final refund plus a 10-25% restocking fee in event shipment is returned to our facility.

PAYMENTS:

All Online transactions are securely processed through the Payfast provider based in South Africa, we do not have any access or information regarding your payment details as they are processed through the secure and encrypted services of Payfast Payments.
