La Udher is a luxury Abaya and Hijab brand. The material used is of utmost high quality and ranges from sheen Nida, to soft cotton, georgette, chiffon and silk. The end products are closely inspected to ensure a flawless finish.
The abayas and hijabs feature beadwork, lace, embellishments, tassels, laser cut work, etc. and are designed for the elegant and sophisticated women.
Our intricate and detailed designs are inspired by the true Emirati spirit; cultures and traditions from all around the world; and the wonderful natural aspects of mother earth.


A. Packaging:
All of La Udher’s packaging has a heavy rustic theme. The abayas and hijabs come in wooden boxes to prevent creases and have laser engravings of the La Udher logo on them. The abaya boxes have rope handles to facilitate easy conveyance.
The abaya box is named Mother of Pearls due to its luxurious cream colour whilst the hijab box is named Ebony because of its rich dark brown timber colour. La Udher’s inner caps also come in little, dark chocolate coloured boxes.
Since the packaging is so aesthetically pleasing, it doesn’t require any additional gift wrapping material.


B. Rewards Policy:
La Udher firmly believes that kindness is like fairy dust – it should be sprinkled everywhere, to every inch, in unlimited amounts because its dazzling glow has the power to overtake sadness and despair.
Thus, La Udher is very pleased to have a gift sharing initiative where a share of our profit is contributed to a good cause. A Portion of our rewards to be beneficial to someone else too.
All our loyal customers can sign up to be a loyalty member of La Udher where they earn rewards on all their purchases. La Udher will contribute 50% of your rewards points towards charity.
E.g. R2,00 = 1 point. Thus, your purchase of R3000 will amount to 150 points from which 75 points is yours to keep (available for your next purchase) while the remaining 75 points will be contributed to charity.
La Udher’s charity initiative fluctuates depending on the amount of points earned every few months. A bigger amount will be contributed to bigger initiatives like massive feeding schemes whereas a small amount will be contributed to more affordable initiatives such as hamper packages for orphanages.
Small acts of kindness are seeds gently planted which will grow to be enormous, beautiful trees one day, providing shade for many to come.

C. Delivery:
Free shipping is offered on purchases over R1000 anywhere in South Africa unless one’s area is specified as a Grey Zone.
Purchases below R1000 have a strict charge of R70 for delivery to any address in South Africa.
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days. For custom made sizes, delivery can take from 7 to 14 days. International shipping depends on one’s location.
All orders are shipped via Fastway or The Courier Guy. Both are reliable, timetabled delivery services where one can conveniently track one’s order online.

Measuring your body size:
1. Bust:
Measure around the fullest part.
2. Waist:
Measure around natural waistline. For high waisted garments, measure slightly higher where you’d prefer the garment to sit the highest perfectly.
3. Hips:
Measure around the fullest part.

H. Returns Policy:
La Udher is immensely strict with its quality control procedures. We always aim to provide the best quality for our customers. However, in the case of unfortunate events, which rarely happens, if our products happen to be damaged or defective then please contact La Udher as soon as possible and our team will work on replacing the product.
The product will only be replaced if the damage/ defect was due to a manufacturing error and not due to the customer’s handling of the product or through normal wear and tear.
Please note that La Udher has a strict ‘no refunds’ policy.

How to return a product:
1) Within four days of receiving your order, drop us an email.
2) In your email, please include the reason of returning the product(s) and attach a copy of your proof of payment.
3) Pack the product(s) into their original packaging (like how you received them) and return it to the address you received (La Udher will email you the return address and contact details.)
Please ensure you use the address we provide to you. La Udher will not be responsible for ‘lost items’ or for shipping costs.

Returning Custom Made Products:
La Udher is unfortunately unable to accept returns that have undergone specific customization or any sort of personalization, unless found faulty after La Udher’s detailed examination.
