Terms & Conditions
1. The business and these terms
La-Udher is operated by Zainub Cajee. For questions about the business or these terms, contact info@laudher.com.
These terms explain the permitted use of La-Udher’s website. Please read them with the relevant shopping and privacy information linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Shopping information and policies
Please read the relevant product information, our Refunds and Returns policy, Delivery & Shipping policy and Policies page when shopping. Those pages provide the relevant information about returns, exchanges, store credit, delivery and other shopping arrangements. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
3. Privacy
For information about how La-Udher handles personal information and uses cookies, please read our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, to harm or interfere with the website or other users, to introduce malicious software, or to access another person’s account without permission.
Do not use the website to send unsolicited commercial communications or collect or use other people’s information in a way that breaches their privacy or the law.
5. Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in details confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We may take reasonable and lawful steps to restrict access where needed to protect website security or respond to harmful or unlawful use. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and does not remove existing order obligations or your right to contact us about an order or privacy request.
6. Website content
Website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and use it for personal browsing and shopping, subject to applicable law and the rights of the relevant rights holders.
Do not reproduce, sell, license or commercially exploit protected material without the relevant permission, except where the law allows it. Where material is expressly made available for redistribution, follow any terms stated with that material.
7. Material you submit
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give us non-exclusive permission to use it only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which you submit it, such as responding to your enquiry. Any promotional reuse requires a separate agreement.
Do not submit unlawful material or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may remove public material that is unlawful or infringes rights, subject to applicable law.
8. Website availability and legal responsibility
Website access may be interrupted. Nothing here excludes our obligations concerning accurate information or any warranty or remedy required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable consumer and privacy rights remain protected.
9. Changes and unenforceable terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not retrospectively alter existing order obligations or remove mandatory legal rights.
If a term is unlawful or unenforceable, the other terms continue to apply only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Law and dispute routes
South African law applies. This does not restrict any right to approach a court, tribunal, ombud or regulator with jurisdiction under applicable law.
