Does La-Udher offer Lay-by's
We offer a simple lay-by service to make modest fashion more accessible. Secure your item with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over an agreed period. Once the full amount is placed, your order will be released for delivery or collection. Our lay-by option is fully shariah compliant, with no interest or hidden fees.
Lay-Bye Terms and conditions.
- A minimum deposit is required to secure items on lay-by. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Lay-bye payments must be completed within the agreed lay-bye period. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
- Items on lay-bye will only be released once the full balance has been paid.
- Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates. Late or missed payments may lead to forfeiture of the lay-bye.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the lay-by Is cancelled by the customer.
- Lay-bye items cannot be exchanged or refunded once the lay-bye period has started, unless the item is faulty.
- Proof of payment must be provided for each instalment.
- The business reserves the right to amend lay-bye terms with prior notice.
How can I order from this site?

● Confirm your Purchase: View the product in your basket, add your delivery location and proceed to checkout.
● Provide your Details: Enter your shipping address, verify your payment method, and accept the Terms and Conditions.
● Complete the Payment: Use your bank card/EFT to pay for your order and we’ll send you a confirmation on your email with the order details.
Does La-Udher custom-make garments?

What if I want to order an item that’s out of stock?
While we may not be able to replicate the exact design due to low stock availability, we’re committed to finding a solution that suits your needs. When are we going to launch our next new range?
Thank you for your enthusiasm! At our company, we’re continuously dedicated to setting trends and pushing boundaries in our category. As such, we meticulously design new products to ensure they reflect the latest styles and meet our high standards of quality.
Typically, we launch new seasonal collections on an annual basis to showcase our latest innovations and keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Rest assured, we’re hard at work behind the scenes to bring you our next new range, and we can’t wait to unveil it when the time is right!
Where is my order?
You will be able to track your order once you have received a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is and the expected date of delivery. If you need further assistance feel free to reach us at info@laudher.com
How can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are usually processed within 24 – 48 hours. In the event of a cancellation or change we advise that you email us right away. We will aim to respond as promptly as possible. However, due to our quick turnaround time if your order has already been processed and or shipped then it may be too late to cancel or change your order and you would have to go through the return or exchange process if it’s applicable to your order.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We ship many orders throughout the day. In the event you received an incorrect product, please email info@laudher.com with your online order receipt and a picture of the product you received. As soon as we get the proper information, we will take care of the issue as promptly as possible.
We try our best to make sure the colour on the website best resembles what color the product actually is. Due to differing pixels and monitor resolutions, the colour quality may appear different on laptops, phones, and screens. If you would like us to send you in person pictures of products feel free to email us at info@laudher.local and we will send you in person pictures to help you proceed with order. If you would like to return please refer to our return/exchange instructions.
How do I know which products are considered final sale?
All used or worn merchandise, sale, clearance, blowout sale items are FINAL sale. No refunds or store credit will be issued for these items.
Flash Sales / Markdowns / Discount Codes will not be honored before or after the announcement of this sale and applies to purchases during the time-frame the sale or promotion is being held.
All items purchased during flash sales, seasonal sales, blowout sales, with use of discount code over 20% off are final sale and may only be awarded store credit.
All accessory products are FINAL SALE and will not be returned and refunded due to hygienic reasons.
