A. Packaging:
All of La-Udher’s packaging has a heavy rustic theme. The abayas and hijabs come in laser engraved La Udher logo wooden boxes. Since the packaging is so aesthetically pleasing, it doesn’t require any additional gift-wrapping material.

C. Delivery:
La- Udher has a standard charge of R99 for delivery to any address in South Africa. This is subject to change if the area is marked as Grey Zone by the courier company. Delivery takes between 1-3 working days. For custom made sizes, delivery can take from 7 to 14 days. International shipping depends on one’s location. All orders are shipped via Fastway or The Courier Guy. Both are reliable, timetabled delivery services where one can conveniently track one’s order online. E. Sizing Guide:
Measuring your body size:
1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part.
2. Waist: Measure around natural waistline. For high waisted garments, measure slightly higher where you’d prefer the garment to sit the highest perfectly.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

H. Returns Policy:
La-Udher is immensely strict with its quality control procedures. We always aim to provide the best quality for our customers. However, in the case of unfortunate events, which rarely happens, if our products happen to be damaged or defective then please contact La Udher as soon as possible and our team will work on replacing the product. The product will only be replaced if the damage/ defect was due to a manufacturing error and not due to the customer’s handling of the product or through normal wear and tear. Please note that La Udher has a strict ‘no refunds’ policy.
How to return a product:
1) Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us.
2) In your message , please include the reason of returning the product(s) and attach a copy of your proof of payment.
3) Pack the product(s) into their original packaging (like how you received them) and return it to the address you received (La Udher will email you the return address and contact details.)
Please ensure you use the address we provide to you. La Udher will not be responsible for ‘lost items’ or for shipping costs.
Returning Custom Made Products:
La-Udher is unfortunately unable to accept returns that have undergone specific customization or any sort of personalization, unless found faulty after La-Udher’s detailed examination.
